Payment Methods:
We accept company purchase orders. We accept payments by a credit card, E-transfer or by cheque. Place your orders conveniently through our contact us form, by direct email or by giving us a call.

Returns:
Authorized returns must be initiated by contacting us. And we will provide the RMA number for the returns. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.  Unfortunately, custom items cannot be returned. Defective, shipping-damaged, or misprinted items will be promptly replaced.

Catalogs:
For your convenience, we do not offer print catalogs. All orders can be seamlessly placed through our website or over the phone.

Shipping and Ship Dates:
Most orders are processed in 2 to 3 days. While our turnaround times or expected ship dates don't account for transit time, our Rush Order items offer 1 day shipping for orders received by 3:00 pm EST on a workday. Orders placed after this time or on the weekend ship on the next working day. Please note that Rush Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping process.
